Game Learning Topic

The topic that I decided to pick for my game was Healthy Living and how to avoid being obese by choosing the right type of foods to keep you healthy . The reason that I choose this topic was because here in the United States we have a problem whit people being obese . Foe example over the past three decades , childhood obesity rates in America have tripled ,and today , nearly one in three children in America are overweight or obese . So that's the reason that I choosed the topic of healthy living . And the way that the mechanics of the game will teach about the topic is by setting up unhealthy food all over the place and if you pick up any of those items your player will slow down . So thats why you have to pick up the healthy food in order for you to go fast and not slow down .

Imagine Team Game

Who:    This game is mainly going to be for kid of the age of 10 trough 15 because that's when there body starts to grow . So they have to start eating healthy so that way they wont have any problems in the future as an adult , like obese problems .
           
Skill Ability: For this game the player really doesn't have to know much to play they just need to know the rules of the game .

What:   They will learn what types of food they should start eating in order to stay healthy and avoid being obese .

Where:  Well I haven't really taught of were it should take place but I think I would do it in a fast food restaurant or in a park .


  Describe the setting: Its going to be a fast food restaurant and there's going to be a lot of unhealthy food so they have to dodge those types of food and make the right choice and pick the healthy food .

How:  The way that it teaches the players about staying healthy is by showing them the types of food the should eat and the food that they should start avoiding .

Choose Team Game Topic

The topic that I'm is going to focus on is Healthy Living and the right food for them to eat so they could stay fit and not become obese . So the player is going to learn the type of food that are good for you and the types of foods you shouldn't be eating as often .

Mobile - Learn To Design For Mobile

One of the designs for my side scrolling game on mobile would be the ability to move from side and jump and duck on the obstacles in the game . And a design for a console game would be kind of like a 3 person point of view type of game were could walk around on your own and you could see your whole body . The difference between these two deigns is that on one of the design all you do is walk side to side and on the other one you have freedom to walk around and explore more . And I made this decisions because the side to side design is more easier to be playable on the mobile because all you really need is two fingers to move from side to side . And on the console one moving around the whole game is way easier and funner than just moving side to side , it wouldn't be a fun game on a console if all you did was move side to side .

Black History Month Game

This is a game that I designed to celebrate the life of Earl Campbell. This person is an important part of history because he was such a grate football player , he won so many awards . He won a Heisman Trophy when he played for the University of Texas and he was in a lot of magazine . And a side of football he also had hes own smoked sausage company. To play the game you must know a little bit of football because this game is based on a football player .

Playstation 4

I cant wait for the PlayStation 4 to come out and especially with the new features that it's going to have . Especially the controller that is going to come out with it , it is going to have a speaker so you can hear the game whit any pair of headphones you have . And also the gaming graphics on it are going to be as good as a PC graphics . So this ps4 is going to have really good graphics its almost going to look like if your watching an action movie or any movie that's how real is going to look like . And since is going to have all this new technology I'm hoping to getting it but I'm not looking forward to seeing the price of  it .

Earl Cambell

Earl Campbell was a famous NFL running back  who was the  first draft pick in the NFL and made it to the Pro football Hall of Fame. He started his football career by attending to the University of Texas in Austin and played for them as a running back .  He then won the Heisman Trophy and moved on to Professional football and was picked by the Houston Oilers . Other than football Earl Campbell also has a meat production that makes a lot of good sausages and also had a restaurant that was latter shut down .
