One goal that I'm really focused on is to try to get better at football and to get bigger . Because last semester was our first tackle football season and I don't think I did my best . One reason why is because at first I was kind of scared but as we kept on going I was used to , the only bad thing was that we only had 3 games so I really didn't get to play a lot . But this semester I will go to football off season everyday in order for me to get better and stronger . In order for me to get better at the game and probably have a future in it .

Semester Goals
This semester I'm going to take it really serious and get focused on my school work . Reason why is because one of my goals for this semester is for me to have a 85 and above average in every class . I usually just get 80 or maybe even one 70 in my report card but this semester I'm going to make sure to keep it above 85 in every class. Another one of my goals is to try not to get in trouble in any of my classes and to not have any tardy . This goal isn't really hard for me because I rarely get in trouble and I'm never late to any of my classes . So I know that I will complete these goals by the end of the semester because there not that hard to keep up with.

3D - Add First Person Player
We recently just added a character to our Unity scene and I really like it . Its really cool because once you click on the play button your a first person character and you can walk around and look at your scene . It really helps when your creating your scene because you can scale down the object to make it the proper size of the character . And the fact that your just roaming around helps you look at your scene in different ways so that you can make it look better . So first person character it really help and that's why I like it .

3D - Build Scene
Making my scene in Unity I face some problem but not a lot of them . The problems that I face weren't so much about my terrain but it was when It came to the building part . For me it was a real challenge making a house and creating some roads . The reason why is because when making a house you have to make sure that every wall has to be perfectly lined up or else then house will look weird . And every house that I have isn't lined up correctly so that really bothers me because it makes the house looks weird. And this being my main problem in Unity really sucks because most of my design has houses or buildings in it . So now I think that my design is going to look weird because my houses don't look to good so I really don't know how my game will end up .Some other challenges that I had creating my Unity scene was that sometimes the scene would just not save properly . And that made me make everything I did that day all over again and that really bother me because I would do all that work for nothing .

Make Paper Prototype
*Write a blog post about making a paper prototype. What problems did it help you solve with your game idea?*
Making a paper prototype is really important and it helps you out allot visualize how your game might look like in Unity . Because your really sketching out how your world is going to look like and you can put all sorts of things . It really helpsyou look at your world so that you can know were to put your collectables at and were to put barriers or things that would keep you from collecting it . I really enjoy doing a paper prototype because its fun just creating your own world and seeing how it might look like . And the problems that it help me solve for my game is knowing were I will be placing my objects it what area and things like that .

Plan Game Scene
This year my topic is about making the healthy choices , so I have some ideas on how I want my game to be .The whole point about the game is that the player is going to be walking around looking for the healthy and unhealthy food .And every time that you collect either food than you will get facts about the food so that you can compare them . And people will be scattered around the map giving you hint on where the food can be located at . And this year I'm really excited to get started on creating this game because last year I did a similar game with the same topic . But the difference this year is that this time instead of seeing the game in 2D it will be in 3D , that's what really excites me seeing a game I did last year in 3D. I really cant wait to get started on making my game and start planning it out .

Sculpt Terrain
Sculpting a terrain was really fun and a good practice of getting use to using all of the new tools . Especially since there so may things to add to your terrain and so many textures you can add on objects . For example the theme of my terrain was like a vacation spot and I had all sorts of things in it . Things like mountains , water fall falling from the mountains, palm trees , and and ocean and the other cool thing about it is that you can make shaped like an island just like I did . And also when sculpting my terrain I found out that you can split your screen to four sections . That's really cool because it lets you see the side , front , top , and the back I really enjoyed that I think its going to be very helpful . But overall sculpting my terrain was really enjoyable and I learned a lot of things that will help me create my game and it gave me good practice .

Intro to Unity
Creating a 3D object in Unity was way different than what I was expecting . To be honest I was expecting it to be kind of easy but it really wasn't at all . For example all the tools that you use are really complicated to use . In order for you to be good with the tools is if you play around with it and get a feeling of the tools and how they work . And later on when I'm more used to using Unity I hoping to use it to make better scenes since there are alot of things to do . I also hope to make a really awesome game with really good scenes and lots of detail .
